It’s never too late to kickstart a new fitness routine.
“Start with bodyweight movements like squats, push-ups against a wall, and upper body movements with bands.
“Strength moves should involve pushing, pulling, hinging, and squatting.
Since HIIT is pretty intense, Canon doesn’t recommend doing it more than two times a week.
“It is slightly uncomfortable but not an all-out effort,” Canon says.
