Not too long ago there was no such thing as a unionized Starbucks employee.
The letter also references a Massachusetts Starbucks location that voted to unionize in June 2022.
By July, employees were on strike.
Starbucks is also facing heat from Wall Street for its anti-union efforts.
Last month the coffee chainreceived shareholder proposalscalling for a labor rights audit.
