The quintessential monarch for the modern age, Her Majesty enjoyed a prolifically long reign and life.
Interestingly, Queen Elizabeth II hated one healthy food so much it was banished from all of Buckingham Palace.

A few years back former royal chefDarren McGrady revealedthat The Queen absolutely abhorredgarlic.
She also wasn’t such a big fan of onions or rare meat either.
“We can never serve anything with garlic or too much onions,” McGrady said at the time.

So what kinds of foods did The Queen enjoy?
According to McGrady, she was very much a seasonal eater.
She absolutely does eat seasonal."
Besides seasonal foods, it was also well-documented that Queen Elizabeth II had something of a sweet tooth.
She was known to enjoy chocolate biscuit cake frequently.
