Lift the weight by driving through the heels, flexing your quads and glutes at the top to finish.

Push your hips back, and squat down until the weights touch the ground before performing another rep.

Complete 3 sets of 6 to 8 reps. With your other arm holding the dumbbell, drive it back towards your body with your elbow flared out.

Squeeze your upper back and rear delt hard at the top, then resist on the way down.

Get a nice stretch at the bottom before performing another rep.

Complete 3 sets of 10 reps for each arm.

Bulgarian Split Squat

Begin the Bulgarian Split Squat in a standing position.

Perform 3 sets of 10 reps for each leg.

Your palms should be facing each other.

Lower the weight under control before performing another rep. Keeping your chest tall and core tight, lift your arms up until they’re parallel to the ground.
