I went back to my work computer and did a little research.

I’ve always been a huge advocate for meal prepping.
It makes cooking and eating healthier during the week that much easier.
But for those on the bro diet, they take meal prep to the absolute extreme.
Typically it’s a breakfast, lunch, another lunch, and dinner.
Once you hit day two, you put the meals for day three into the fridge to defrost overnight.
