Move #2: Toe Glute Bridges
You’ll remain on your back for this next exercise.
Place both feet on the ground, lifting your heels off the floor.

Slightly bend your knees, keeping them close together.
Start to kick your right leg up, focusing on activating your right inner thigh.
Pulse for the last 25 seconds.

Lie on your right side, and place your right forearm on the floor.
Slightly bend your knees, keeping them close together.

Last but not least, sit back up.
