Strawberry jam and whipped cream come layered between a dense vanilla cake.

They may not be the best cookies ever but they are soft and chewy and easy to devour.

It’s aThanksgiving favorite, and it would make a great summer dessert a la mode.

I suspect a larger rollout soon for yet another ginormous cheesecake weighing in at five pounds, 10 ounces.
