“Don’t forget your triceps when working your arms,” Heikkinen says.

Want to see those arms getting leaner in a hurry?

Try adding sometricep dipsto your routine.

And if you’re using heavier dumbbells, trytricep presses, too.

While seated, extend a dumbbell over your head, holding it with both arms.

Make lat pulldowns and pushups part of your routine.

“Knowing you are building strong arms may also increase your confidence.”

Theseated lat pulldownis one of the best exercises for toning those arms in a hurry.

Using a pulldown machine, grip the bar and pull to chest level, and then raise again.

Don’t have access to a gym?

Just don’t expect any quick fixes from doing one exercise.

Losing fat is an involved process that requires attention to both your diet and your exercise habits.

Incorporate more cardio into your exercise routine.
