Location is key.

According to Manaker, bananas emit anethylene gasthat can cause the watermelons to spoil more quickly.

Don’t focus on the pattern.

However, Manaker explains that this is simply untrue.

“Remember that the entire watermelon is edible,” advises Manaker.
